The website has been more popular than we could have hoped and as more content is being added we are conscious we want visitors to enjoy their visit to the site. We have decided to try a new website theme to try and make it easier for visitors to find their way around the site. The new them will be live straight away but it will take us a few days to tidy things up so thanks for your patience.
Photo Album Issues

We have had some issues with the photo Album page in that the webpage lost its photos. We have started to rebuild it but it will take a few days to get all the old photos back on. Many thanks for your patience.
Updates

Tommy Patton kindly reminded us that updates to the site have been a bit slow but rest assured it is only that the Apple Mac had been commandeered for the daughters A level studies. Normal business is returning to normal and we have added some more faces and also an interesting link to a World in Action Series kindly provided by Graham Curry of Lancashire Ambulance Service.
Website publishing issue

Had a slight hiccup on the website due to upgrading the software. Hopefully it is now resolved and we apologise for any interruption. Will be adding more content over the next few days
Web site launch

We are pleased that the website is now live and although it is work in progress our plan is to get it populated with information over the next few weeks. We appreciate that it will take us some time to fine tune the site but we hope that it will be a true source of historical record for people to enjoy.
